The Basics
What is a remote service?
Our boosters complete the content remotely on your pc as you watch live, so the content is completed from your own computer and IP.
Do you ever log into my account?
No, if your connection and computer are strong enough we will be able to remote almost any content in the game via Parsec.
Do I need a Twisted Bow or best-in-slot gear?
No — while good gear helps, we play around what you currently have and can advise on realistic gear upgrades as you go.
How long does a session take?
Most services run 60–90 minutes depending on the tier and encounter.
Booking
How do I book a session?
Open a ticket on our Discord and tell us your setup — gear, stats, connection, and which encounter you're prepping for. We'll match you with a booster's availability.
When can I book?
Usually within a few hours of opening a ticket. Peak times (evenings/weekends) may have a short wait.
Can I request a specific booster?
Yes — if you've worked with someone before and want to continue with them, mention it in your ticket and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Payments & Refunds
When do I pay?
Payment is due before the session starts, once you've been matched with a booster and availability is confirmed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods include: Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Link, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Fees may vary depending on method.
What if a booster isn't available for my request?
You'll remain uncharged or be refunded in full if we can't fulfill your order.
